Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. This includes orders for custom or personalized items. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it. If you need to make any adjustments, contact us as soon as possible, and we will try to assist you before the order enters production.

What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Provide us with your order number and a description of the issue, along with any relevant photos. We will work with you to either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! RubyReaper ships worldwide. International shipping rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my package is lost or damaged in transit?

  • While we do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely, once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any damage or loss caused by the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

  • If you experience issues, you can reach out to us, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, if applicable.

How long will it take to receive my package?

  • Economy shipping: estimated delivery in 7-12 business days
  • Express shipping: estimated delivery in 5-8 business days

Please Note: Delivery time does not include us receiving your order, production of product and getting it to the shipping facility. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. In some cases you may receive sooner then expected
